RefPoint provides private, appointment-based blood collection services in our Kennewick collection site and through mobile appointments throughout the Columbia Basin. We welcome routine and specialty collections, provider-ordered testing, and patient-provided test kits.

Routine and specialty collections, provider-ordered testing, and patient-provided test kits are welcome at our private Southridge collection site.

RefPoint is a contracted phlebotomy services provider for Boston Heart Diagnostics and My One Medical Source.

For specialty or independently ordered testing, please bring your collection kit, laboratory order or requisition, and any instructions provided by the ordering laboratory.
Mobile Blood Collection

Whether mobility or travel is difficult, your schedule is full, or you simply prefer the convenience, RefPoint provides mobile blood collection at your home or other appropriate location.

We come to you, complete your collection, and help coordinate the specimen for its next step according to the requirements of the ordering laboratory or test kit.

Mobile service is available throughout the Columbia Basin, with travel fees based on location.

To help us prepare for your collection, please have the following available when applicable:

Any fasting, timing, or preparation instructions provided by your ordering provider or laboratory
RefPoint provides blood collection and specimen-handling services. Laboratory testing, test results, and interpretation are provided by the ordering laboratory and/or healthcare provider, as applicable.
